Amazon’s Prime Day event will take place on July 16 and 17 this year with millions of exclusive deals to be given to members.

The event features more than 35 categories including electronics, kitchen, beauty, and apparel, with new deals offered every five minutes during select periods.

To mark the occasion, Amazon has teamed up with Megan Thee Stallion to release an original song and music video “It’s Prime Day”. Members can shop Megan Thee Stallion’s Prime Day picks inspired by her different interests featured in the music video.

From July 8 to 15, influencers Jess Sims, Alyssa McKay, Monet McMichael, Jared McCain, Millie Bobby Brown, Meredith Duxbury, and Alix Earle will also drop deals on their favorite products.

“Prime Day is a celebration of the value we bring to members all year long, and features millions of deals across more than 35 product categories as well as discounts on Amazon devices, quality entertainment, groceries, travel, and more during the event,” said Jamil Ghani, VP of Amazon Prime.

“Over the course of last year, Amazon customers saved nearly $24 billion from deals and coupons – with Prime members enjoying the vast majority of those savings – including over $2.5 billion during Prime Day 2023,” Ghani added.

Prime Day will be available in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, the UAE, the US, and the UK. Dates differ among markets, with Singaporeans getting a six-day event this year.
