Calvin Klein has opened a global flagship store at 530 Broadway in New York’s SoHo, returning to its roots after recent flagship launches in Paris and Tokyo.

The three-story, 3000+ sq ft store features an industrial loft-inspired design, complete with exposed columns, poured concrete floors, and reclaimed-wood accents.

The store offers the brand’s full lifestyle collection, including denim, underwear, apparel, and accessories. A limited-edition SoHo capsule collection is available, and key pieces from the Calvin Klein Collection are expected to arrive next spring.

Design highlights include a spiral staircase, sculptural seating, repurposed crates used as product displays, and floor-to-ceiling digital screens for marketing content. The exterior, finished in Calvin Klein’s signature charcoal tone, maintains the brand’s minimalist aesthetic.

“This new global flagship, located just steps from our landmark Houston Street billboard, is a tribute to Calvin Klein’s New York heritage,” said David Savman, global brand president, Calvin Klein.

“Calvin Klein embodies a distinctive, global way of living that meets culture, and this store is the latest step on our journey of taking our brand to the next level.”

Savman was named Calvin Klein’s global brand president in May, succeeding Eva Serrano, the former president.
