Score Sports has appointed Joe Flannery as its new CEO, succeeding Kevin Mahoney.
Mahoney, who was also the company’s president, will remain with the company for a transition period to ensure continuity.
Flannery most recently served as executive VP of Topgolf Callaway Brands, responsible for the company’s global apparel and softgoods businesses. He also held executive positions at Adidas, Nike Bauer Hockey, The North Face, Newell Brands, and Canadian Mountain Holidays.
Austin Ramos, chairman of the board of Score Sports, said Flannery will assist in maintaining the company’s accelerated growth while driving its mission to inspire young athletes.
“Throughout his noteworthy career in the sports and apparel industry, Joe has developed a reputation of consistently delivering outstanding results for the businesses he has led and the communities those businesses serve,” Ramos added.
Founded in 1975, Score Sports designs, manufactures, and sells sports uniforms, apparel, and equipment. The company recently announced its new corporate headquarters in Torrance, California, as well as partnerships with Babe Ruth League Softball and GoFundMe.
