Luxury furniture retailer RH has opened a seven-level retail concept in Milan, combining showrooms, dining, services and curated art installations under one roof.

Dubbed as The Gallery on Corso Venezia, the flagship occupies a restored 19th-century palazzo near Porta Venezia in Milan’s design district.

The space introduces RH Estates, a collection which brings together designs from acquired and in-house brands, including Formations, Dennis & Leen, Joseph Jeup, and RH Couture Upholstery by Dmitriy & Co.

In addition, the gallery includes RH’s first Italian restaurant, La Volta, alongside a courtyard cafe and bar concept.

The property also houses RH Interior Design, which the company said operates residential projects across multiple international markets.

RH CEO Gary Friedman described the project as a reflection of the city’s influence on architecture and design.

“In Milan, the measure is mastery. This we know and have designed accordingly,” he said.
