Red Lobster has appointed former Maggiano’s Little Italy COO and chief concept officer Larry Konecny as its new COO.
Konecny has 30 years of experience in restaurant operations, which include the VP of innovation and restaurant support role at Maggiano’s.

Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, Red Lobster now has 545 restaurants across the US and Canada.
