Modere has appointed Nate Frazier as president and COO, as well as executive chairman of the board, effective immediately.

With more than two decades of omnichannel leadership and brand-building experience across retail, digital, and franchise operations, Frazier will guide Modere’s near-term growth strategy, overseeing operations, supply chain and logistics, marketing, finance, human capital, and IT.

Before joining the company, he held several senior leadership roles at specialty retailer of nutritional products GNC, most recently serving as executive VP and COO. He also held leadership roles at Mattress Firm, Helzberg Diamonds, Abercrombie & Fitch, and GameStop.

“My commitment is to not only bolster our organizational prowess, but also amplify our goals of growth and innovation,” Frazier said upon his appointment.
