Inside the NoMad building designed by Rafael Violy at 277 5th Avenue, interior retailer Florim has opened a 6000sqft flagship store.

Florim built out the space in the same style as its other flagship stores, with an enormous porcelain surface covering several residential and commercial displays that it says demonstrate beauty, functionality, and versatility.

Products on display include flooring, walls, bathroom vanities, kitchen counters, tables, fireplaces, three-dimensional pieces, ceiling installations and ventilated facade systems.

The flagship’s glass storefront looks out over 5th Avenue from the second floor. There is a lobby entry on the first floor of the skyscraper. The showroom spans two stories and a 5600sqft of glass frontage onto both Fifth Avenue and 30th Street affords views of Florim slabs from the street.

Florim has been developing porcelain surfaces to fulfil all of the needs of the construction, architecture, and interior design sectors for more than 60 years.

The company has locations in the world’s major design districts, including Milan, New York, Moscow, Singapore, Frankfurt, London, Abu Dhabi, Paris, and Rome.
