Home improvement company Lowe’s has introduced its first-ever loyalty program designed to help DIY customers save money and earn rewards.

The MyLowe’s Rewards offers a seamless and rewarding shopping experience with exclusive perks for members. In addition, holders of MyLowe’s Rewards Credit Card will save 5 per cent every day on eligible purchases.

Other benefits include points earned on purchases, free standard shipping, free gifts, free DIY-U kids and garden workshops, exclusive offers, and a customized in-app experience.

The program has three tiers – Bronze Key, Silver Key, and Gold Key – with new benefits unlocked at each status level.

The company has launched the program in select regions and will expand nationwide in March.

“Lowe’s has been serving DIY customers for more than 100 years, and now we’re rewarding their longtime loyalty by offering even more value when they shop with MyLowe’s Rewards,” said Marvin Ellison, Lowe’s chairman and CEO.

Lowe’s currently operates more than 1700 home improvement stores with 17 million customer transactions a week in the US. The company posted total sales of more than $97 billion in FY22.
