China-based fashion brand Urban Revivo is advancing its international expansion with its first US location in New York City’s SoHo district.

The Urban Revivo store is set to open at 515 Broadway, spanning 30,000sqft. This flagship marks the brand’s entry into the North American market, a move Savills UK’s Sam Foyle described as “the beginning of an exciting international expansion”.

Foyle said SoHo’s blend of luxury and contemporary brands and vibrant cultural scene align with Urban Revivo’s target audience.

Bloomberg has also reported that the company is considering a $100 million IPO on the Hong Kong stock exchange to support its growth initiatives.

Meanwhile, in Asia, the brand launched in Vietnam and opened its fourth Malaysian store at Sunway Pyramid in Kuala Lumpur.

In Thailand, the brand also unveiled its upgraded boutique in Bangkok’s IconSiam shopping centre. By the end of this year, the brand plans to launch new outlets in Central World and One Bangkok Mall.

“It’s also planning on more expansions in the West, eyeing spots across North America, Europe and the UK,” Foyle added.
