Restaurant chain Beefbar will open its first location in the US – in Manhattan’s Tribeca – in partnership with worldwide restaurateur Riccardo Giraudi of Monaco and Tribeca Hospitality.

Covering 6000sqft at the old Nobu location at 105 Hudson and Franklin, the space includes a bar and a private dining room.

The area pays homage to Tribeca’s industrial background, which is juxtaposed with the pale cornice painted with flower motifs.

The menu will include a variety of meals to meet all dietary needs, designed by Beefbar executive chef Thierry Paludetto and New York-based chef Peter Jin.

The venue also has a cocktail menu created by award-winning mixologists, which features a range of handcrafted beverages designed to enhance the whole dining experience.

“My family has been exporting quality US beef to Europe for over 40 years, and Beefbar was created 20 years ago to showcase what amazing products the American farmers could produce,” said Riccardo Giraudi, creator of the Beefbar brand.

“To bring the brand back to its product roots is an immense honor. I hope that New York will appreciate all the beautiful recipes we have crafted over all these years.”
