FullBeauty Brands has purchased online fashion marketplace Dia & Co, its third strategic acquisition in less than a year, building its portfolio.
According to FullBeauty, the acquisition will allow it to increase its footprint in the $81 billion women’s plus-size industry, which is growing three times faster than the overall women’s apparel market.
Dia’s online marketplace will be integrated into FullBeauty’s new digital mall, and Lydia Gilbert, Dia & Co’s co-founder, will join FullBeauty to handle the Dia styling company inside the FullBeauty portfolio. Other major members of the Dia marketplace team will join FullBeauty.
FullBeauty Brands, founded in 1901, focuses on apparel for plus-size women and large & tall men who want fashion inspiration, style assistance, and clothing tailored to their individual needs.
