Samko & Miko Toy Warehouse has filed for bankruptcy, closing the business after 60 years of operations.
Danbury Global and AD Hennick & Associates will liquidate the discount toy and books company’s remaining inventory through an online public auction scheduled from May 16 to May 23.
“There is over $850,000 at retail of brand-new toys, games and books to be sold in one day” said Jon Ordon, Danbury Global CEO.
Well over 40,000 toys and 20,000 books will be on sale, said Alex Hennick, AD Hennick & Associates president.
The inventory for auction will include outdoor activity toys, baby and toddler products, action figures, animals, trucks, blocks, dolls, arts and crafts, board games, and action figures from popular brands such as Mattel, Hasbro, Fisher-Price, Craboard, Barbie, Disney, and Little Tykes.
