Columbia Sportswear Company has appointed Cory Long as president of its Sorel brand, effective next month.

Prior to the new role, Long served as global GM and chief global merchant at DC Shoes.

He also held leadership positions at Mitchell & Ness, Asics, Supra, and Converse.
