Soloway Coffee has opened its doors in Chicago, serving coffee imported from its 20,000sqft roastery in Ternopil, Ukraine.
The new Chicago store features espresso, drip coffee, pour-over, cold brew, and espresso tonic, Daily Coffee News reported.
The report also noted that Soloway Coffee is keen to open at least one more store in Chicago this year and hopes to further expand in the US and Europe.
Currently, the chain operates two shops and a bakery under the name Karma Kava in Ternopil and is developing a third shop in the European country.
“I want to predict maybe in five years, we’re going to open 10 locations, but me and my wife always say we don’t want to do quantity, we always want to do quality,” Soloway Coffee co-founder Artur Yuzvik told Daily Coffee News.
“I’d rather open one location a year but make it memorable, make it unique.”
